Sometimes it only takes a small commitment to inspire a long-term healthy lifestyle change. Your heart is one of the most important things you have; keeping it healthy and happy is a priority everyone should maintain.
Ysidra Kyles is asking you to commit to walking, running or jogging 3.1 miles in the month of February. As it is a virtual walk, you can choose any route you would like! At the end you will receive a Finisher’s medal and will have united with others on the path of gaining and maintaining health.
The funds that are raised from the virtual walk and donations will go toward providing scholarships to students through the COGIC Women’s International Organization.
This is a great opportunity to band together with your family and friends to commit to a healthy lifestyle while helping others reach their educational goals. Take a stand to be a role model by setting a good example for not only your family, but for other as well!
