Do you wish there was a free family-friendly event to take your children to this month? Well there is, and it’s for a great cause! The 6th Annual Sugarland BASH is guaranteed fun for the whole family and it directly benefits the Snowdrop Foundation.
The Snowdrop Foundation is a non-profit organization that helps patients and their families at the Texas Children’s Cancer Center afford a college education, providing scholarships for both pediatric cancer patients, and survivors alike. Since 2007, over $494,000 in scholarships have been awarded to families who have experienced difficult times and a financial struggle due to the cost of medical treatments.
With plenty of concession stands, fun demonstrations, contests, face painting, a bounce house with a slide, games and live music, your family can expect something to do and see at every turn. In addition, there is a raffle that you may purchase tickets for in advance, with local business giving you the opportunity to win incredible prizes.
Help these families give their children the gift of an education and an opportunity to make their dreams come true on Saturday, May 17th, 2014 at the Sugarland Town Square starting at 4 pm. What are you most looking forward to this year at the Sugarland BASH?
