On your wedding day you deserve to look beautiful, simply timeless, but that doesn’t mean you have to break the bank to do so!
Thanks to Brides Against Breast Cancer, you can feel like a queen on your special day, as their nationwide Charity Wedding Gown Sale & Bridal Show tour is making its way to the Houston area on Saturday August 29, 2015 at the Waters Edge Venue in Seabrook, TX from 11 am-3pm. And did I mention, your shopping experience will directly help make a difference in the lives of people who are suffering from breast cancer?
Brides Against Breast Cancer has several free programs for cancer patients and their families, as well as education programs for caregivers to ensure that patients who have their lives changed by cancer are getting the best information and resources to beat the disease. To keep up their wonderful cause, the organization hosts more than 150 bridal shows every year to help brides find their dream wedding gown, using the proceeds to help battle cancer.
At the event this Saturday, you can expect hundreds of new and gently worn couture and designer gowns ranging from $75 to $1,800 (with the average price of a gown being $600), ready to wear in a variety of styles in sizes 4-18. Attending the event will also give you the opportunity to meet wedding vendors and enter giveaways, such as receiving a free picture certificate from Symbolize It!
If you attend the VIP event on Friday, August 28, 2015 from 6:30 pm- 10 pm, you’ll also receive a gift certificate for 2 wedding bands, be one of the first to look for a gown and enjoy light bites, giveaways and more!
Purchase your ticket to the Charity Wedding Gown Sale & Bridal as soon as possible. General admission is an affordable $5 online, with the option to donate even more to fight cancer. If you want to fully immerse yourself in the experience, go VIP style for $20 with a free ticket for a guest to the VIP reception.
